Breakthrough to Destiny Ministries is starting a School of Ministering Arts Bible College. The college will be covered by Springs of Life Bible College & Shalom Seminary (an accredited Bible College). Upon graduation, each student will receive an Able to Minister Diploma (equivalent to an associate degree) from Breakthrough to Destiny Ministries.
